Mini-PROTEAN 管式电泳槽把Mini-PROTEAN 3 电泳槽改装成了微型双向电泳槽。向IEF 一般需要3.5 个小时，第二向SDS-PAGE 需要45 分钟。包括银染在内的整个双向电泳过程，可在一天时间内完成。

  • 玻璃管中能放置16 根管式凝胶，然后放入样品池进行IEF电泳
  • 向IEF 后，小型2-D 管式凝胶取胶器可方便地将凝胶取出，放置在板式凝胶的胶板间，以进行第二向电泳
